Order Process Policy:
Step-1: Find the products you are interested to buy and click “Add to Cart” button. If you want to buy more items click “Continue Shopping” or else click on the “Check out”.
Step-2: Put all the information to Shipping and Billing Address box like- your name, mobile number, email address etc.
Step-3: Select the Shipping method for inside Dhaka or outside Dhaka or else if you want to collect it from our office.
Step-4: Select Payment method as you want to pay like Cash on Delivery or with Visa/ Master Card or various mobile banking system and follow the onscreen instruction.
Step-5: Check your order at a glance with the product name, quantity and price with the final amount that you are going to bill. In this section if you have any Coupon code or Voucher you can apply here to get the instant discount.
Step-6: Once your all information is given and agreed to our terms & condition just click “Place Order” button and wait till it next message.
** If you select payment with Visa/ Master card it will take you to the Payment gateway page or Bank page for applying your card details and once done you will be came back to the order success page. At this stage you will get an email with the order number that ensure that we received your order. Then wait till call from our representative within shortest possible time for your order confirmation.
Once everything done well we will proceed to arrange the delivery of your ordered item.
Cash on Delivery: The Cash on Delivery method that we support is CONDITIONAL and is applicable for those products which are already imported or stocked in store.
Advance Payment: Advance payment is applicable only for pre-order. Products which are not stocked in our store or not shown in our website or your desired products which are legal in Bangladesh and possible to import. Advance payment required minimum 50% to 100% of the Total Price.
The Required Advance Amount varies depending on items. The Advance is Refundable upon certain conditions. (Read: Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.)
Manual Order Policy: Products which are not shown in our website we recommend to send the Product Link to our email or Facebook page with your contact details. Then wait till call from our representative within shortest possible time for your order confirmation and others issues.
N.B: The Calculation for the Foreign Currency to Local Currency Exchange Rates may varies. We Reserve the Right to change the price depending on availability, feasibility, foreign exchange rates and other variables.
Personal and Activity Data:
UK Brand Beauty use technologies like cookies and others, so that we can deliver a better experience. System also has logging policy through visitor’s browser, operating system, device & IP address.
We also may collect personal identifiable information which visitor provide to us, such as name, address, phone number or email address. According to permission of visitor we may have also get access to visitor’s profile of social network like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other.
Reservation of Data:
UK Brand Beauty removes personally identifiable information like name, address, phone number & email address after customer delete their account. We may retain other data indefinitely.
Security of Data:
UK Brand Beauty generally never share customer personally identifiable information like name, address, phone number & email address with other companies for marketing purpose or other.
Ask for query?
UK Brand Beauty generally provides various warranty facilities such as Brand Warranty, International Warranty, Service Warranty and Parts Warranty etc. for specific duration.
All these warranty facilities give you limited warranty rights from the manufacturer company or the brand.
Service Warranty applicable only for those products which are already imported and stocked by UK Brand Beauty.
In the case of pre-order Warranty will active at time of shipping products from UK.
Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Customer can exchange and ask for any query about product within seven (7) days of delivery. This rule is applicable only if the product is damaged, not intact, without label or wrong product.
Mind of change is not applicable.
If we do not have the product available in our stock then customer can return and we will refund as early as possible.
