Delivery Charge inside Dhaka is Tk.60 and outside Dhaka is Tk.120.
For order Tk.9999 or above, Delivery Charge is FREE!!

Q. How does the website work?
You can browse website or use our search engine to find your desired products. You can add your desired products to the cart and then you have to register or login through email or phone number for submitting order with shipping and billing address.
Customer Care Officer will contact with you over the phone to confirm your order and other information which you provided to us.
Q. What are your delivery hours?
We deliver your ordered products as early as possible according to the distance of your shipping address and our warehouse. Delivery service open from 9 am. To 9 pm. every day.
For those products which are not available in our website or your desired products which are shipped directly from UK need 7 to 10 working days to complete delivery.
Q. How can I pay?
We accept cash on delivery and we also have secured online card payment and mobile banking payment services.

Q. How do you deliver?
We usually use our own logistics to deliver inside Dhaka or other big cities, but sometimes third party currier Service Company also can deliver our products.
Q. Why should I buy from you?
We know it is your decision but our products are 100% authentic and directly imported and shipped from UK. We also carry a larger variety than the other regular e-commerce & super stores.
Although if you are in Bangladesh but you can feel the taste of shopping as like UK.

Q. Is there any warranty policy?
UK Brand Beauty generally provides various warranty facilities such as Brand Warranty, International Warranty, Service Warranty and Parts Warranty etc. for specific duration.
All these warranty facilities give you limited warranty rights from the manufacturer company or the brand.
Service Warranty applicable only for those products which are already imported and stocked by UK Brand Beauty.
In the case of pre-order Warranty will active at time of shipping products from UK.
Q. Do you have any exchange, refund and return policy?
Customer can exchange and ask for any query about product within seven (7) days of delivery. This rule is applicable only if the product is damaged, not intact, without label or wrong product.
Mind of change is not applicable.
If we do not have the product available in our stock then customer can return and we will refund as early as possible.
Q. What is your discount policy?
On some special occasions, we offer special discount code or promo code which has effect on the MRP or ‘naturally priced’ product.
